House Work
Am I the only stay at home mom with a messy house?!?! I hate cleaning as it is but I know it needs to be done. I can't find the energy to get it done. My kids throw all their crap every where and by the time I pick that up they have already started a mess at the other end of the house. I wish Mike could stay home for one day alone with the kids and see how crazy it is around here, maybe then he would understand.
I raise my glass to all you SAHM's with nice clean houses, any tips?!?!

I hear ya!! I can say that is one thing that working moms really don't get when they make comments like well you have ALL day to do chores. Obviously they too have no clue! (I've been on both sides so I know the difference)
I limit the number of toys in the house. The messier toys are in the closet and I pull them out once in a while, you know, rotate them. Then I moved 1/2 of the toys outside to the screen room. I pick up once during nap and once before bedtime and I make my son help. This is harder than it sounds, but I try to stay consistent even though it would be easier and faster for me to just do it. LOL
Good luck, with five children, homeschooling and all the other 'jazz' ... my house is never clean! We do "10 second tidies" with the kids or put one song on real loud to see how much we can dance and clean!
