You can do it mom!

We encourage our kids and never let them give up. The word CAN'T is not allowed in our house. I want them to understand practice makes perfect and they can do anything they want to do. Yesterday I found out my kids really do listen to what I say.

I have been working out trying to lose some weight and it's been a little hard on me. As I was working out my abs I was having a hard time and started complaining. Mikey runs up to me and says "Mom don't give up you are doing good". That is all it took for me to get right back into it. What a great little boy I have!
