I Never Knew
I never knew I could love two people so much.
I never knew there was good pain, until March 8, 2003 and was lucky enough to feel it again on March 31, 2005.
I never knew how bad I could hurt, until I saw a little bit of pain in my kid's eyes.
I never knew unconditional love, until my son looked me in my eyes and said I love you.
I never knew how good a little squeeze of my finger could feel, until my daughter did it for the first time.
I never knew a 3 year old and a 1 year old could bring me to my knees.
I never knew two people who looked up to me the way my kids do.
I never knew reading the same book over and over again could be so much fun, until I read Cat in the Hat every night for a month.
I never knew how lucky I was, until I became a mommy!

Beautiful! I got your link from another blog - hope you don't mind me checking it out. I have three kids and I can agree with every single thing you have written.
I am from way up in Canada but one of my best friends lives in Plano, Texas! Useless info you probably don't care to hear... but anyway....hope you don't mind me checking your blog out!!
Not at all as long as you don't mind me checking yours. We go through Plano when we go on vacation to NM every year!!
